A huge open kitchen allows patrons to watch their food being prepared by the head Chef and his wife, while their kids run around. “I grew up in a kitchen with my family making food,” said owner Rick Lopez. “Now my children are in the kitchen with me.”Everything is made from scratch. All the pasta is handmade to showcase a traditional, “old-world” style restaurant experience. La Tavola even holds pasta making classes to pass on the tradition. This is available for kids and adults! “My Family and I are passionate about what we are doing here,” said Lopez. “We love cooking. We love to create dishes and interact with our guests. At La Tavola, we want to keep it as traditional as possible.
